I am motivated by my family especially my children. I want to give the kind of care to my patients that I would want given to my family. The decision to become a doctor was not particularly difficult for me, because honestly there is nothing else I would rather be doing. It is by far the most satisfying and rewarding profession in the world. My patients inspire me on a daily basis. I am amazed by the strength of women who continue to raise their families and hold down jobs while going through treatment for one of the most devastating diagnosis that can be dealt to a person. I hope my patients see not only the doctor but a human being with compassion and empathy. And someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to make the process of getting breast cancer treatment a little easier.
