• VeinSolutions is an office dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of cosmetic and therapeutic vein disease. We are designed with patient care in mind. We start with a free consultation with Dr. Demeter to inform the patient what we think may need to be done to treat their varicose and spider veins. If we feel an ultrasound is needed to diagnose venous reflux that can be done immediately by our registered vascular technologist who has special certification and training for performing the complete venous evaluation with ultrasound that is needed to pinpoint the problems in the patient's legs. This will then be followed by an official visit with Dr. Demeter to discuss the findings and establish an individualized treatment plan. This protocol allows the patient to be cared for with one visit and minimizes traveling to different locations for testing as well as repeated visits before recommendations are made. For treating vein disease we offer sclerotherapy for the cosmetic treatment of spider veins. We also sell quality compression stockings that are custom fit and used for both sclerotherapy treatment as well as varicose vein treatment. We offer Venefit radiofrequency ablation for major superficial vein reflux disease, and microphlebectomy for subcutaneous varicose veins, all done in the comfort of our in office surgery suite. We'll also provide insurance precertification services, cost estimates based on each patient's individual insurance, and CareCredit financing with 12 months interest free to help cover out-of-pocket costs. Demeter surgical provides general surgery services. Our in office surgery allows us to treat skin lesions and skin cancer, subcutaneous masses or cysts, lipomas, etc. under local anesthetic. Facility based surgeries include hernia repair–inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia, ventral hernia, incisional hernia, gallbladder removal, breast disease and breast cancer surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy, thyroid and parathyroid surgery.
