• Since we started cracking eggs over 40 years ago in a little restaurant in Oklahoma City, our philosophy has been unwavering: Make all of our entrees fresh every day using only quality ingredients and treat every customer like they're a guest in our home. We are open daily from 6 am - 2pm in most locations. At all Jimmy's Egg® locations you will enjoy traditional and unique breakfast and lunch menu offerings and lighter fare for the health conscious. Jimmy's Egg® brings residents full cups of coffee served by our attentive staff, Cracked-to-Order® omelettes, chef-inspired breakfast specialties, a variety of decadent flavored pancakes, fresh salads, juicy burgers and more. Our eggs are fresh Cracked to Order®, our pancake batter is made fresh every day and our fresh-cut seasoned home fries and hash browns are never frozen. It's as fresh as breakfast and lunch gets!
