Evangelismania was a term given to Pastor Shockley by God in 2013. He actually thought it was an entirely original word until he discovered it had been used by an internet journalist back in 2007. However, there were no other references to it on the internet and no one had taken possession of it. Pastor Shockley adopted it as Jesus Love Temple’s, year-long theme of 2014, eventually making it a permanent part of the vision, mission, goals, and strategies of our church. It is now visible on the exterior of the church and will soon be a permanent staple of the interior as well. Evangelismania is mainly concerned with 3 basic things: Taking every possible opportunity to share the gospel message of Jesus Christ to the lost. Taking every possible opportunity to invite someone to church Living a Christian life that shines the Light of Christ and supports church evangelism In 2014, Evangelismania became a popular hashtag on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. That same year, Evangelismania was coupled with an international theme – showing it global focus and outreach. Since January of 2015, Evangelismania has been extended to include humanitarianism – not just talking the talk of the gospel, but walking the walk. Jesus Love Temple is determined to impact the world with the gospel message of Christ’s love.
