Jeffrey Lees is a sole proprietor architect with over twenty-five years experience specializing in the design of rehabilitations and additions to older and historic properties, as well as the design of new residences and additions throughout northeastern North Carolina, and the Baltimore, MD regions. His basic philosophy is that every project is unique to the desires and budget of each client, and the constraints of an existing site and/or structure.
