Dr. Bollenbacher is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine provider. He joined Horizon Health in January 2021. He is a well-known physician in the Wabash Valley, operating a private practice in Terre Haute for 27 years. Dr. Bollenbacher is an adjunct professor and clinical preceptor at Indiana University School of Medicine, and a clinical preceptor at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis.
