About Us

  • About Us Using common sense, attention to detail, and more than twelve years of solid legal experience, I help businesses and individuals navigate through the complexities and uncertainties of civil litigation and disputes in California. My philosophy is that the primary focus of a law firm should be providing top-quality legal representation and advice to clients, not charging them as much as possible. I handle general business matters and civil litigation for individuals and businesses, including breach of contract (including breach of lease, breach of equipment lease, claim and delivery, breach of warranty, breach of guaranty), interference with contract, fraud, misrepresentation, conversion, negligence, and a wide variety of other lawsuits and disputes, including business-to-business disputes, individual-to-business disputes, claims involving employees or former employees, vendor and supplier disputes, and claims by or against competitors. Working with construction industry clients, I provide advice on compliance with California's contractor and mechanic's lien laws, prepare and enforce mechanics' liens and stop payment notices, and represent clients in actions to collect on unpaid invoices. I also represent homeowners and business owners in disputes with contractors.
