  • Vivekanand (Vic) Manocha, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist/ Interventional Pain Speciliast, and the medical director of Interventional Spine & Pain Management Center, specializing in innovative pain management services for acute and chronic pain. At the North Dayton (Vandalia), South Dayton (Springboro) offices and the Cincinnati area, Dr. Manocha offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for chronic joint pain, back pain, and neck pain stemming from injuries and underlying medical conditions, such as arthritis. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a fellow of Interventional Pain Practice, and a diplomate of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Manocha was raised in India and moved to Dayton, Ohio, as a child. Prior to serving his patients in private practice, he served in the United States Army and received a national defense medal. Dr. Manocha’s experiences inspired his decision to pursue his pain management training. In addition to his clinic work, Dr. Manocha founded RegenCures, a practice focused on advanced stem cell therapy for treating chronic joint and back pain. He also offers Multiwave Locked System (MLS) laser therapy, a noninvasive treatment to trigger the body’s own healing abilities. His work in stem cells and pain management has earned him recognition as one of America’s Top Doctors and several consecutive Patient’s Choice Awards. Earning his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, Dr. Manocha completed an internship in general surgery at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He continued his training and finished his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Dr. Manocha also received extensive training in pain management through his fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle.
