Integrity Homes is a locally owned building company and is managed by Charlotte Balerio. Charlotte began working in the home building industry by working with customers in the designing stage. The design stage is where all the magic happens, there are several steps in the process the first starts with interior space planning then the function of the plan then the design concept and finally the color and finishes. Charlotte and her staff will sit down and go through each plan until all the details have been worked out. “Our team works extremely hard to make each home unique, sometimes redesigning the plan several times before it goes into production.”
