Home inspections and reports comply with the standards of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In addition, we evaluate structural condition, inspect for wood destroying insects and check for substructure wood destroying fungi and structural moisture damage as required for a mortgage. All Inspections come with a detailed report and clear digital pictures. The report is usually emailed to the client within 24 hours after the inspection is completed and is very lengthy in detail. The report is generated by a pdf file that can be saved, printed, and emailed as needed. The inspection can also be used as a bargaining tool.
