After realizing the limitations of traditional home inspections, Joe became BPI & RESNET certified. He established Insight Property Services, Inc. to offer Performance Testing, Energy Audits, BPI Training and more. As Insight’s lead instructor, Joe’s trainings & educational sessions prepare consultants & contractors to perform high quality testing and retrofit work that measurably improves the comfort, efficiency and air quality of homes.
