• Independent Physical Medicine is formerly known as Ohio Stem Cell and Modern Health & Wellness, we have been offering our cutting edge regenerative stem cell therapy in Lima, Ohio for years. We are proud to announce Independent Physical Medicine, our new practitioners, new services and that we are now accepting insurances! We are a local practice, owned by one of the same doctors you will see when you come to our facility.
