Dr Igolnikov treats patients with a variety of spine, joint and musculoskeletal conditions. He garnars his experience from his past career as a athletic trainer, personal trainer and his own athletic endeavors. He completed his medical training at Tel Aviv University where he was an avid CrossFit competitor and won and was runner up at the Israeli national CrossFit championship (Ready for Action Games). He went on to do residency at Temple University Hospital in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation where he was elected to serve as the chief resident; and completed his fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in spine, sports and musculoskeletal medicine. He is also an avid outdoor athlete, alpine skier, rock climber, and hiker/trail runner in his free time.
