We Are There When You Need Us Most. Hospice of Northern Colorado, Inc. is a local non-profit hospice serving the Northern Colorado community since 1978. We provide quality end-of-life care in the patients home, assisted living facility, nursing home or at our In-Patient Care Center located at NCMC on the 5th floor. We believe that hospice is about living. We strive to give people access to what they need so they will have the best possible quality of life. During a difficult time, we can offer assistance and support to terminally ill patients and their families. Services include: • Hospice and Palliative Care • Pain Management for terminal diagnosis • RN. Medical SW, Heath Care Aids, Chaplin and Volunteer support • Bereavement • Grief support groups Our services are available to patients who have decided with their families and doctors to move from the goal of a cure to the goal of comfort. We work to manage your symptoms and provide pain control so you can continue to live as peacefully as possible. We accept and are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
