Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. serves a 9-parish area. The home office is located in Lafayette, but care is provided in patients’ homes throughout our service area, including: • Acadia • Evangeline • Iberia • Jefferson Davis • Lafayette • St. Landry • St. Martin • St. Mary • Vermilion Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. also works with several nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the service area to provide care to their residents. In addition, Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. has partnered with a number of hospitals throughout the 9-parish area to manage the in-patient hospice units within those facilities.
