• HomeCare Advantage, Inc. is a licensed home care agency. Unlike our private duty services, HomeCare Advantage works through your insurance, workers compensation, medicare or medical assistance. Services are provided under the direction of your physician. Our caregivers will bring you the individual attention and the care you need in the privacy of your home. HomeCare Advantage can determine eligibility for payment, or if you qualify, can assist you in obtaining other funds through community resources. Your free consultation may be requested directly by you, a friend, a relative, your physician, or through the discharge planner of the hospital or nursing home. If you are not eligible for medicare or medical assistance, we can still assist you through our other Timesavers programs or Need a Nurse. Timesavers offers private duty home care that is designed to meet the changing needs of you or your loved one. The services provided allow you to remain in your home.The services are provided by licensed Home Health Aides or Personal Care Workers. The services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The following services are included in the hourly rate: • Personal Care Services (bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting) • Shopping • Transportation assistance to medical appointments, church and social outings. • Assistance in arranging for snow removal, lawn care, and other maintenance services. • Light housekeeping/laundry • Medication monitoring • Accompanying the client on overnight trips depending on availability of staff • Troubleshooting unexpected issues • RN supervision Our Need A Nurse program can provide the skilled services that are designed for your convenience and may be provided in your home, the home of a friend or relative, or wherever you are currently residing. Services may be provided on a one-time basis only or as often as necessary. The nurse can perform procedures for you upon your request. The nurse always works under the direction of your physician and can assist him/her in ensuring that any medical problems are brought to his/her attention. Skilled visits by the nurse must always be pre-approved by you. We can provide: • Physical Assessment • Blood Draws • Monitor blood pressure • Monitor blood sugars • Medication setup • Foot care/toenails • Dressing changes • Wound care • Suture removal • Catheter insertion (straight cath) • Catheter irrigation • Catheter change • Ear Irrigation • Baby check • Mental Status Evaluations • Injections Our philosophy is that all individuals have a right to live in their home and that prevention and early detection of illness and disease is the best way to avoid the hospital or a nursing home. We are confident our services will provide additional reassurance and satisfaction for you and your family. Paddington station is an alternative to the acute care setting for respirator-dependent children. Within the comfortable home-like atmosphere of this licensed foster home, dedicated staff members strive to give children individual love and attention and the chance to be part of a special family. Paddington Station provides 24 hour continuous care by registered nurses and LPN’s. The primary goal of Paddington Station is to provide for the total needs of the children in the least restrictive environment and help each child achieve his or her maximum potential. A highly qualified professional staff utilizes all available community resources to give families the professional support they need for a child who cannot be cared for at home.
