• About Us The Law offices of Kevin G. Henderson services all of Western Pennsylvania and Florida in a variety of practice areas. We are dedicated to protecting client's rights and interests. We believe in providing the best possible service to our clients, including offering a free initial consultation where you will speak to an attorney to evaluate the merits of your case.
  
  We study each situation on a case-by-case basis and firmly believe that we work for the client, not the other way around. We understand that every client has unique goals and to achieve those goals, we tailor our solutions to respond to the demands of each individual client.
  
  We do not take cases that do not benefit the client or are not in our areas of practice.

  We concentrate our practice in Westmoreland County and the surrounding counties and serve communities in the area such as Greensburg, Mt. Pleasant, Scottdale, Connellsville, Uniontown, Monroeville, Somerset, Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas.
  
  We also practice in Florida and serve the entire state but concentrate our practice in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties.
