All maintenance, repairs. My rate is $55.00 per hour and some areas will have a $50.00 trip fee. Plumbing - including installation and repair of copper, PVC, and ABS pipes, installation and repair of toilets, sinks, tubs, garbage desposal and faucets. Electrical - install/replace switches and plugs, installation of ceiling fans and light fixtures. Various jobs including caulking, trim work, landscaping, ..... whatever customer needs done!
