• About Us Halverson Law Office is focused on Criminal Defense. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in virtually every type of criminal case, from routine traffic violations and DWI/DUI offenses to serious felonies such as embezzlement, criminal sexual conduct and first-degree murder.
