Our stylists are passionate about education and providing looks that compliment each guest. Confirmation Policy: Hair Smithsonian is an appointment-based salon company. We are now requiring confirmation for all appointments within 24 hours of services. All guests will be contacted through email, text and voicemail with appointments reminders. We ask that you politely confirm your appointment via text, phone call, or email. All appointments not confirmed within 24 hours will be cancelled. No-Show Policy: All no-shows will require a credit card on file to reserve another appointment. Further no-shows will result in a $50 fee.
