About Us

• Gratiot County Community Mental Health (CMH) services board was established in 1966 as the first rural CMH board in the state of Michigan. Many people from all walks of life encounter problems or stressors with which they may need help. Gratiot CMH is staffed by professionals ready to assist you. Our staff includes trained and licensed social workers, case managers, support coordinators, psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and community support staff.
