About Us

  • Grace Farms is a welcoming new place for people to experience nature, encounter the arts, pursue justice, foster community, and explore faith. The 80-acre property is owned and operated by the Grace Farms Foundation, which supports initiatives in the areas of Justice, Art, Nature, Faith and Community by providing space grants for non-profits and other organizations for good. Grace Farms offers venue space for social justice organizations, provides exhibit space for installation and outdoor artwork created by renowned artists, hosts regular faith events for prominent speakers and individuals to explore spirituality, and also operates as a nature preserve and private park with some of the best walking trails in Connecticut. At the center of Grace Farms lies the River Building, an exceptional example of New Canaan modern architecture designed by SAANA Architects, which is home to the property’s amphitheater, tea room, curated library and more. As part of the community initiative, Grace Farms also maintains one of the newest and most unique indoor basketball courts in CT, and hosts weekly events perfect for family activities in Connecticut or weekend getaways from NYC.
