Our office is located in the historic Avery-Williams-Kimbrell House at 1772 Ebenezer Road. The house was built in 1840, and is located on 1.29 acres. The area used to be known as “Ebenezerville” prior to the founding of and the incorporation by the city of Rock Hill, South Carolina. The grounds contain several specimen of trees including what is left of a likely grove of pecan trees; though none of the 20 acres of vineyards remains today. The home has a rich and interesting past and is listed on the local historic registry of landmarks.
