Peters, ESQ PC firmly believes that an attorney-client relationship begins with the first phone call and doesn't end until after all legal matters are settled. Attorney Frank J. Peters has been a lifelong resident of Westchester County. Born in Bronxville, New York and raised in Somers, Mr. Peters is a graduate of Somers High School. After high school, Mr. Peters attended the State University of New York, College at Oswego, graduating with honors in 1988. Following his undergraduate work, Mr. Peters attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Temple in 1991, he moved back to Westchester County to join a Real Estate firm in Rye New York. He was admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut in 1992. In 1996, only after five years as an associate with the firm of Grossman & Associates, Mr. Peters made partner and the name of the firm was changed to Grossman & Peters. In 1999, Mr. Peters was asked to join a newly established, mid-sized firm as a named partner which became known as the Law Firm of Santoriella & Peters. In 2003, he established his own practice in Briarcliff Manor, NY.
