• About Us David C. Francisco Attorney at Law located in Washington, NC is here for you. Our 42 years of experience is what sets us apart. David Francisco has the knowledge and experience needed to assist clients with all of their estate planning, wills, trusts, estate administration, and other legal needs. After practicing at one of the oldest firms in North Carolina for 37 years, David decided it was time to open his own firm. Since opening his own practice, David has helped hundreds of clients throughout the state of North Carolina. We make it our goal to provide every client with peace of mind. David and his staff are experienced at helping individuals and families plan for unexpected deaths, preserve their wealth, making sure property is distributed properly, and more.
