The Firm is special counsel to various banks and other financial institutions and represents lenders in asset based and permanent and construction financing transactions. The Firm prepares and reviews documents for real estate and commercial loans, including secured, unsecured, revolving credit, and inventory and accounts receivable financing transactions. Fox and Fox also has experience in the areas of foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcy, insolvency, creditor's rights and enforcement of secured and unsecured judgments. The Firm has substantial expertise in structuring corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities with complex and sophisticated capital structures and analyzing all related tax and estate planning issues. The Firm, through its extensive network of contacts with accountants, business brokers and various financing sources, works closely with its clients to facilitate the satisfaction of the clients' business objectives. Fox and Fox also provides a full spectrum of business representation for the Firm's clients, ranging from counseling on day-to-day business matters to the structuring of complex merger and acquisition, financing and joint venture transactions.
