Established in 2002 First Choice Emergency Room opened its first location in Flower Mound, Texas in 2002. It has since grown to 17 locations throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin and Colorado Springs. First Choice ER is a free-standing, fully equipped emergency room that can handle all adult and pediatric, major and minor emergencies. All physicians are board certified. Patients receive high-quality treatment without the delays commonly experienced in hospital ERs.
