• First Capital Engineering is a civil engineering firm based in York, Pennsylvania. Since 1995, we’ve completed hundreds of projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia. Our team of civil engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, CAD designers, inspectors, and technicians have more than 200 years of combined experience. Relying on unique designs, innovative materials, and modern construction techniques, we work on public and private sector projects that grow and enhance our local communities.
