Massage therapist located in Randolph, New Jersey, Amy specializes in pain management via myofascial release, nerve mobilization and other methods. I completed the massage therapy program at North Jersey Massage Training Center in 2008. In 2010, I became nationally certified. Since then, to keep up with the board's rigorous standards, I've completed over 200 hours of additional massage related education. In May of 2013, I started to center my studies around more structural types of massage like myofascial release and nerve mobilization. These two modalities have helped me shift my professional focus from relaxation to pain management. Mid 2014, I opened Finding Balance, LLC. My office is conveniently located in the Mt. Freedom Professional Plaza in Randolph NJ, and provides a low key atmosphere to receive quality massage therapy.
