We source locally and globally for quality and consistency. My gelato is guaranteed free from: artificial flavors and colorants, artificial preservatives, thickeners, emulsifiers, ripening agents, growth hormones, semi-processed bases, pastes or any additives All of our products are 100% Gluten Free. We always have 66 flavors available, 24 of them Vegan.
