Our climate units are located inside our two spacious climate-controlled buildings. The hallways are wide, and all units are ground level. Our facility is fully paved, fully gated, and well-lit. Please note that a deposit may be required to reserve a unit for more than 24 hours, depending on unit availability. If a deposit is required, you will be contacted by the facility manager to arrange payment of the deposit. A half month deposit holds a unit up to 30 days and a full month deposit holds a unit up to 60 days. This deposit is applied towards your initial rent charge when you come to move in, so you don't lose any money! It is also transferable to another unit should you modify your reservation. However, we cannot refund a deposit should you cancel your reservation.
