• Carolina Orthopaedic Specialists is the Unifour's premier orthopaedic provider, consisting of 14 board certified orthopaedic surgeons and 4 pain management physicians. We serve our patients in seven convenient locations: Boone, Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, Newton, Taylorsville and Valdese.
