• E.C.P.S. has been helping individuals and families from New Bern and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. We provide treatment for all ages, from children to adults. Our areas of practice include Psychiatric Medicine and Individual, Marital & Family Counseling. Special evening appointments are available.
