  First-time patients at Ear-Tronics can expect to share a comprehensive health history with a hearing professional. Once a solid medical background is established, the patient will undergo a video ear exam followed by a series of tests to determine their hearing capabilities. These tests include:
  
  --pure tone air conduction test
  --pure tone bone conduction test
  --word recognition and discrimination test
  --tympanometry test
  --acoustic reflex test
  
  The hearing professional will discuss the results and determine whether a hearing aid should be prescribed. If a hearing aid is needed, we will fit you for your new hearing aid, and schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure a proper fit.
