Both attorneys accept new clients in Oregon state criminal court matters. Criminal cases are billed by the hour and require retainers in advance of representation. Juvenile Cases & Expungement Mr. Dunfield handles juvenile court cases, and the expungement of criminal records, both adult and juvenile. The fee for initial interviews in criminal, juvenile and expungement cases is $50, payable at the time of the interview. Personal Injury Mr. Dunfield accepts new clients in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death. These are contingent fee cases: the attorney receives a percentage of the net recovery, but no hourly attorney fee is charged. Initial interviews are free in personal injury matters.
