We use only high quality ingredients so that you can be sure that what you're getting is head and shoulders better than typical gas station jerky. Taste, texture and freshness are important to us. That's why we make our beef jerky in small batches, hand-trimming the fat out of the USDA grade beef and marinating each batch for at least 3 days before dehydrating and vacuum sealing each batch - by hand.
