Creating caring personal relationships with my patients is probably the most important thing I do, but it’s also important to have highly effective clinical teams that offer the highest quality healthcare. I learned this when I was a Marine Corps aviator where they taught the military’s ‘zero tolerance for error” mindset. I try to bring this approach to Bay Area Physicians for Women every day.”
