• Downey Construction is a full service construction company located in Monticello, Indiana. We specialize in custom homes, but also do home renovations, garages, sheds, pole barns, pool houses, gazebos, and lite commercial work. Downey Construction is committed to working closely with their clients and providing them with a high quailty job. They achieve this by being on the jobsite each day to address any questions or problems that may arise. The Downey Construction crew does the majority of the work and have qualified Trade Professionals that help them.
