• In 1977, Dean Maiorano began interning in the trade of Waterproofing and Drainage. He learned and practiced how to engineer newly developed, unique inside systems that would finally GUARANTEE a dry basement. At 18 years old, Dean launched into the profession full-time and it has been his passion ever since. He has assisted in the development of a new and unique outside drainage system, has been featured in "This Old House Magazine," and has provided for hundreds of satisfied customers. As a Master Waterproofer, Dean's knowledge, capability, and dedication to personally keep your basement dry will surely satisfy every concerned homeowner.
