• I have lived in Brecksville and worked as a full-time Realtor since 1991. I also spent my childhood in Broadview Heights, so I am extremely familiar with the local real estate market. Using this knowledge and my extensive experience, I provide positive, professional service to both buyers and sellers. I assist sellers in preparing their homes so that they sell in the shortest amount of time with the best return on investment, while helping buyers find the perfect home for their lifestyle and budget. My assistant/partner/husband, Robert Zeltner, provides my clients with professional photography and a very special marketing tool called Matterport. This is a 3-D video tour of each home that I list for sale, and it allows prospective buyers to take a walk-through tour of your home prior to making an appointment to visit it. It’s 21st century, state-of-the-art technology and we add it to real estate web sites to get the maximum exposure for your home. My commitment to excellence and professionalism is reflected in my designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). You can be assured that I will update, advise and communicate regularly with you throughout the entire process of selling and/or buying. Giving back to my community is important to me and I do so through volunteering. I’ve been a Brecksville Department of Human Services driver for more than 15 years, and love helping our wonderful seniors go on shopping and lunch adventures. I’ve also been a regular Red Cross blood donor for more than 35 years. I often assist with our local library’s book sale, as I believe libraries and books are important and entertaining for all ages.
