• We are a team of licensed home inspectors who can determine if there are problems in your home that represent safety issues, major defects or minor defects. Our services include:
  
  Examining your structural foundation, major appliances and electrical and plumbing systems
  Testing for e-coli, bacteria, lead, nitrites and other harmful components in your home
  Testing your water for chlorides, hardness, copper, alkalinity, pH balance, iron and turbidity
  Determining if there is mold in your home and providing solutions to eliminate it.
  If you already have a home inspector but need someone who specializes in mold inspections, we’ll work with your home inspector to complete the mold assessment process.
