About Us

  • We know what a challenge it can be to find a dentist that offers everything you need: convenience for routine dental care and general dentistry, as well as experience and training to treat complex dental problems. Dental Distinction is a family dental office in Chester Springs, PA, led by Jason Petkevis, DMD, that offers all of that and more. Dr. Petkevis has trained under some of the world’s leading dentists, focusing his post graduate education towards treating complex functional and cosmetic dentistry issues including dental implants, porcelain dental restorations, and TMJ therapy. As a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Petkevis believes that a smile should do more than just look good. It should also be healthy and stable to last a lifetime. What To Expect From Dental Distinction One-on-one time with Dr. Jason Petkevis Comprehensive examination Thorough teeth cleaning Oral cancer screening Periodontal (gum) disease screening Highly trained dentist & staff Advanced diagnostic technology At our Chester Springs dentist office, you can expect to receive one-on-one time with Dr. Petkevis. The dentist will take the time to listen to your concerns and goals so that you can get the smile you want. Our general consultations and routine appointments include a comprehensive examination of the teeth, mouth, gums, jaw joints, and other support structures. Dr. Petkevis carefully looks for signs of wear and instability, which are often the cause for cosmetic concerns. You will receive a thorough dental cleaning from a trained dental hygienist. We also perform diagnostic imaging including digital dental x-rays, intraoral photography and oral cancer screening. We will also screen for periodontal disease (gum disease), which is the leading cause for tooth loss in adults.
