• About Us Delaney & Melkonoff, PC, handles all aspects of Social Security law. Our office is conveniently located in central Phoenix, but we serve clients throughout Arizona.
  
  Our firm practices exclusively in the following areas:
  
• Social Security (all aspects including retirement and survivors')
  
• Social Security disability claims and appeals
  
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  
  We make an effort to provide local, individualized service to our Arizona clients. We do not practice in other states and have only one office. It has always been our policy to stick with what we know how to do. We will never sacrifice quality of service for the sake of attracting more clients. Our satisfied clients are our best source of new business.
  
  Attorney Rod Melkonoff has had more than 40 years' experience in Social Security matters of all types. He can answer many of your questions even if you are not a client.

  With very rare exceptions, our fee is always contingent upon success, so if there is no award, there is no fee. We also make every effort to keep costs down and will never charge a client for such things as postage, travel, long distance telephone calls, or copying we do in our office. Many attorneys bill their clients for such costs, but we never have. The only costs we ever ask our clients to reimburse are actual expenses we incur when obtaining evidence in support of their claims, and then we ask for reimbursement of only the amount we paid, never adding any "service fees."
