About Us David M. Bernstein, received his B.A. from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of both the Florida Bar and the New Jersey Bar. He currently resides in New Jersey. Prior moving to New Jersey, he practiced in Florida for 14 years representing mortgage lenders in a wide range of legal issues. He transferred to New Jersey to become senior in-house attorney for the former Collective Bank of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. While in that position, he handled loan workouts, supervised bankruptcies and foreclosures as well as any litigation. He provided legal advice to senior management. He also developed a system of reviewing all bank-owned property for the purposes of appealing their real estate tax assessments.
