David Foster, DDS Your General Dentist, Dr. David Foster David Foster, DDS is a Columbia native who grew up in the community and understands dental health is an important part of overall health. Dr. Foster graduated from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Services in 1985. Before completing dental school he was a 1978 graduate of Columbia Central High School. He continued his education locally at Columbia State Community College and later Memphis State University before attending dental school. With love for his hometown and passion for the community, Foster decided to practice in Columbia. He and his wife Pam have three children, Jacob, Anna, and Ellie. His family is part of the Culleoka Church of Christ, where Foster is a deacon and leads congregational singing.
