Dr. MacMillan received his undergraduate degree in Biology in 1985 from the University of Louisville, and his degree in medicine in 1989 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his post graduate training, including his Internship and Residency in General Surgery, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in 1996. Dr. MacMillan is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow, American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Clark County Medical Society, Greater Louisville Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association, and Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, 1999. A native of the Louisville area, Dr. MacMillan has been with the practice since July 1996.
