• About Us Daniel D. Walsh has practiced law for thirty years with substantial experience in various aspects of real estate development and redevelopment that includes:
  
  1.Forming and representing Sanitary and Improvement District(SIDs);
  2.Acting as Borrower's counsel relating to the origination of various types of mortgage loans for multi-family properties, and providing the required opinion letters for HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; and
  3.Preparing applications for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for various redevelopment projects in Douglas County, Nebraska.
  
  Daniel D. Walsh also maintains a general practice that includes litigation, probate and wills.
