Seth founded Daniel Appraisal Company, Inc. in 2009 and is a certified general real property appraiser. He holds licenses in Wisconsin and Minnesota and has been appraising properties for 17 years. Seth specializes in commercial and industrial properties, but also has experience with residential properties. He has a business degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and is a practicing affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute. In his spare time, Seth enjoys kayaking, skiing, hiking and watching his son play hockey.
