About Us Dan Carman is a native of Lexington with a varied background in the local legal scene. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Mr. Carman was a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps. He later gained invaluable experience as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Focusing on criminal matters, Mr. Carman is admitted to practice law in all Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the American, Kentucky, and Fayette County Bar Associations.
