About Us

  • Before joining Summit Health, Dahlia Philips, MD, practiced with Rivington House Health Care in New York City, where she cared for chronically ill patients with complex infectious diseases such as HIV / AIDS. She also has practiced privately with Infectious Disease (ID) Consultants, Inc, of Boynton Beach, Florida, where she treated all hospital-related infections, chronic wound infections, travel-related, and tropical illnesses.

    Dr. Philips is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, and Infectious Disease Society of America.

    When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Philips enjoys spending time with her young son and participating in his activities. She also enjoys physical activity, including kickboxing and rollerblading. Passionate about art, Dr. Philips-Rodriguez enjoys taking art classes during the winter.
